We are seeking a skilled ERP Administrator to manage and maintain our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves working closely with end-users and external partners to develop integrations, maintain core business applications, and ensure smooth operational efficiency. Additionally, the ERP Administrator will document processes and technical specifications, manage technology workflows, and facilitate necessary changes while prioritizing stakeholder needs and expectations. This position will be on-site, reporting to our Houston, TX corporate office.



Primary duties include, but are not limited to:

ERP System Management

  • Effectively manage and administer our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and its environment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users of the ERP system, demonstrating integrity and a commitment to excellence in every interaction.
  • Oversee and support the integration of ERP with other technology systems/applications within the organization, as well as with cloud services and partner agencies.
  • Understand and align ERP workflows with the company’s established business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Create clear and useful documentation for processes and technical specifications, ensuring team members can easily follow and implement necessary procedures.

Project Management

  • Lead and manage companywide technology projects with a focus on keeping projects within scope or facilitating necessary scope changes.
  • Prioritize stakeholder interests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Set and manage clear milestones and project measures, providing a roadmap for success and tracking progress effectively.
  • Implement and oversee continuous improvement processes, fostering an environment of ongoing enhancement and innovation.
  • Promote team satisfaction by being responsive, innovative, creative, and instilling confidence in your team members. Ability to align with the organization’s vision, missions, values and behavior standards and actively support and embody these principles.


Qualifications

  • Ability to report daily to our Houston, TX corporate office
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or relevant certification or continuing education classes
  • Experience with application support, particularly ERP solutions
  • Experience with SQL
  • Clear and consistent communication skills are required to keep teams informed and aligned
  • Proficiency in tracking and logging issues, making decisions, and implementing effective change management
  • Prior leadership experience, building and overseeing implementation teams
  • Competence in resolving conflicts quickly and effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Familiarity with Epicor or Prophet21 is highly desirable
  • Demonstrates strong Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with a strong bias for customer service and follow-through
  • Must be able to support project work during non-business hours
