PragerU is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our dynamic Development team reporting to our Head of Development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative and project management support. The ideal candidate is extremely bright, comfortable around high-level individuals, and strong written communication skills.


Duties & Responsibilities


  • Manage meetings and calendars with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely follow-ups and preparedness
  • Provide full-cycle administrative and project management support for major campaigns and initiatives, from kickoff to execution
  • Track and manage tasks and project timelines using Airtable or similar platforms, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
  • Own and manage detailed approval workflows with accuracy and follow-through
  • Assist with donor communications, including impact reports, project updates, and stewardship materials
  • Turn shorthand or spoken ideas into polished, compelling communications—including donor notes, campaign content, and internal updates
  • Ensure all proposals reflect PragerU’s values and goals with clarity and precision
  • Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times both internally and externally
  • Provide support on an ad-hoc basis


Successful Candidates Will Possess:


  • 3 to 5+ years of relevant experience supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and concisely
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a track record of handling multiple responsibilities and deadlines
  • Highly proactive and self-directed; anticipates needs and solves problems independently
  • High attention to detail in both written materials and logistical execution
  • Outstanding written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives
  • Strong research, organizational, and project management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity and adherence for conservative values
  • Background in Administration, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization (a plus)
  • Familiarity with Airtable or other project management tools (a plus)
  • A genuine passion for PragerU’s mission and educational initiatives

Salary Range: The salary target for this role is $70,000 - $75,000. Final offer amounts depend on multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise, and most recent market data. This position is eligible for an annual bonus based on personal and company performance, in addition to our robust benefits package. The final candidate hired may potentially have less or more experience than originally posted as per job description, and if this happens, an updated salary range may be used for final hiring package.
