The Job

We are seeking a proactive and organized Executive Assistant/Office Manager to provide comprehensive support to our

Restaurant Executive Team and oversee daily Restaurant Support Office operations. The ideal candidate will have a

passion for the hospitality industry, excellent communication skills, multi-tasking abilities, and a strong attention to detail

to ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment.

Primary Responsibilities Include


  • First point of contact for visitors to the Restaurant Support Office.
  • Manages and maintains the CEO’s calendars, appointments, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other
  • miscellaneous needs of the CEO.
  • Prepares, reviews, and organizes reports, presentations, and documentation for the CEO.
  • Coordinates, with the VP of People, meetings, events, and other related Restaurant Support Office Activities.
  • Oversee the ordering of office supplies, food & beverage, and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
  • Manages administrative tasks such as data entry and document management.
  • Assists the People department with the onboarding process of Managers in the Field and new hires at the RSO.
  • Periodically supports the Executive Team with their travel or meeting needs.
  • Supports special projects related to restaurant growth and process improvements.
