About The Role
In this role, you will be a vital support to the platform leadership team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within the team. You will leverage your experience working with Executives in product/engineering to understand their priorities and manage their time effectively, while utilizing your strong organizational skills to manage tasks within large teams. A positive attitude and adaptability will be essential as you navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will also be part of a centralized EA/EBP team and will work crossfunctionally with other EAs, providing support and coverage for the team.
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
Supporting two VPs of Engineering- Heavy scheduling, working with large engineering teams of engineers
- Prioritizing hiring for Exec for a growing team
- Knowing Infra’s priorities and making judgements calls on Exec’s behalf.

Eagerness to dive into technical side of the engineering team- No job too small + proactive self-starter who builds relationships quickly in a remote work environment with large teams

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).
$117,385—$138,100 USD
