Facility Operations Associate Monday - Friday 1:00-5:00PM

Description

      • DINKDEN is looking for a dependable and energetic Facility Operations Associate to help run daily operations at our Waco Pickleball club. You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests—opening the facility, managing check-ins, processing payments, and ensuring everyone has a positive experience on and off the court.


        What You’ll Do:

        Open and prepare the facility each day
      • Greet and check in members and guests
      • Operate the point-of-sale system for court rentals, programs, and retail
      • Upsell memberships, clinics, and retail items when appropriate
      • Keep the space clean, safe, and welcoming
      • Support day-to-day operations and customer service

      What We’re Looking For:

      Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized
    • Previous experience in hospitality or recreation is a plus

    Bonus Points:

    Interest in hospitality, sports, or entertainment
  • Passion for pickleball and building community
