Description

Job Summary

Our mission is to glorify God by saving unborn babies from abortion and winning souls for Jesus Christ. Are you able and interested in getting involved by helping our ministry behind the scenes? We're seeking a detail-oriented team member to handle bookkeeping, donation processing, and general administrative support.


Responsibilities
  • Record and categorize financial transactions in bookkeeping software

  • Process donations and issue receipts in a timely and accurate manner

  • Provide general office and administrative support to staff and volunteers


Qualifications
  • Agree with THM's Mission, Statement of Faith, & Code of Conduct

  • Recommended by a local, Evangelical church

  • 2 years of bookkeeping experience

  • QuickBooks Online proficient

  • AA degree from an accredited college or university or higher (preferred)

  • Bookkeeping•2 - 5 years
  • Donation Processing•1 - 3 years
  • Attention to Detail•Good - Excellent
  • Organization•Good - Excellent

Nice to Have
  • Microsoft Office Suite•1 - 3 years
  • Financial Reporting•1 - 3 years
  • Communication•Good - Excellent
