We're looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience as a Framer. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, able to work at heights, and works well with others. This role requires proficiency in cutting and shaping lumber to create structural frameworks for residential and commercial buildings.

• Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood and other materials according to blueprints and building specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape lumber, wood, and other materials using hand tools and power tools
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met

• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to read a tape measure and cut lumber correctly.
