  Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to the ethical travel sector
- Manage and grow social media channels, including content planning and scheduling
- Create and execute engaging content calendars across platforms
- Launch and optimize both organic and paid campaigns to generate qualified leads
- Monitor analytics, report on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with the founder to adapt strategies as the startup evolves
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and messaging across all digital touchpoints
Requirements

Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within travel, lifestyle, or startup environments
Strong understanding of social media management, content creation, and community engagement
Proficiency with advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools
Excellent copywriting and communication skills
Ability to work independently, proactively, and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience launching or growing early-stage brands is a plus
