We are seeking a 3rd Grade Teacher who is dedicated to the craft of classical and Christian education to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a positive learning environment that encourages student engagement and promotes academic success. This role involves developing lesson plans, teaching various subjects, and supporting the whole-person development of students in a well-ordered classroom setting while pointing to Christ and Scripture throughout.

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum documents.

• Teach core subjects including phonics, literature, mathematics, science, and history.

• Maintain an orderly and productive classroom environment.

• Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain scope-and-sequence and share best practices.

• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and the school community to encourage involvement in education.

Required Minimum: Bachelor's Degree

Knowledge of classical principles and practices is a plus, but we are willing to train.
