- - Designer – AI Prompt EngineeringRemote | Hourly Contract | $50 –$80 per hour
    A unique opportunity for experienced designers to contribute to AI development by crafting and evaluating high-quality design-focused prompts. This project supports the training of advanced large language models (LLMs) to better simulate real-world creative workflows across industries such as education, retail, architecture, and tech.
    Key ResponsibilitiesWrite and refine prompt-based questions that reflect real design thinking, UX, and visual storytelling
    Evaluate and compare AI-generated outputs for clarity, relevance, and creativity
    Bring structured, multi-modal design expertise into prompt development
    Participate in asynchronous review and revision cycles with researchers
    Ideal Candidate Profile1+ years of professional experience in instructional design, exhibit/service/environmental/UX design, or related areas
    Bachelor’s degree in design, architecture, industrial or interaction design, education, or a similar field
    Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality visual outputs (e.g., websites, product UI, branding assets)
    Strong written and verbal communication
    High attention to detail and precision in evaluating complex workflows
    Familiarity with LLMs or generative AI tools is a plus
    Location: Based in the U.S., Canada, U.K., Australia, or New Zealand
    Project DetailsCommitment: 10–20 hours per week (flexible), scalable up to 40 hours
  - Duration: 1–2 months, with potential extensions
  - Start Date: Early to mid-August
  - Work Mode: Fully remote and asynchronous—set your own schedule
  Interview ProcessA 25-minute AI-driven task-based interview (screen sharing required via desktop/laptop)
- Write prompts and evaluate LLM-generated responses based on effectiveness and accuracy
- Candidates selected based on evaluation quality and interview performance
Compensation & PaymentRate: $50–$80/hour (based on experience)
