Roles & Responsibilities

• L1/L2 production support Exp handling SLA compliance, ensuring stability and uptime for critical batch processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks via scripting, reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency.
• Migrate structured and unstructured data from Oracle/flat files to Hadoop Data Lake using Sqoop and Hive.
• Design Hive tables with Parquet storage and implemented partitioning strategies for optimized performance.
• Monitor Hadoop clusters using Cloudera Manager; diagnosed and resolved bottlenecks and job failures.
• Exp with DataStage upgrade (9.1 to 11.7), managing environment setups, user roles, compatibility testing, and code migration.
• Develop Tableau dashboards for health monitoring of data pipelines and batch execution.
