Youâll unify the direction, manage the output, and drive performance across all departments.
đŻ Your RoleAs Head of Marketing, youâll:
Own and execute a 90-day rolling marketing roadmap- Oversee all in-house and external marketing team members
- Run paid media across Meta, YouTube, Google, and more
- Optimize funnels: ads â LPs â lead magnets â nurture â booked calls
- Sharpen copy, strategy, and positioning across every asset
- Implement AI tools across the marketing stack for speed and scale
- Track and improve CPL, MQLs, lead quality, booking rates, and ROAS
- Translate founder vision into clear campaigns and content directionâso they can focus on presence and authority
You are the system.You donât just suggest. You build, ship, test, and own the results.
đ§ You Bring5â10 years experience in full-stack, performance-driven marketing- Proven success scaling from mid-6 to 7 figures/month in revenue
- Deep understanding of TOFUâMOFUâBOFU architecture
- Strong copywriting chops (landing pages, emails, ads, video scripts)
- Experience running paid traffic and managing ad spend in the high-ticket space
- Track record of managing creatives, media buyers, and contractors
- Familiarity with setter/closer/fulfillment dynamics in high-ticket sales
- Competency with DFY, DWY, and DIY offer structures
- Hands-on experience implementing and using AI tools to improve marketing outcomes
- Bonus if youâve worked in real estate, investing, or financial offers
đ° CompensationBase Salary: $130Kâ$180K USD- Based on experience and North American location (U.S. or Canada only)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% of base
- Tied to lead flow, CPL, MQLs, funnel performance, and team output

Youâll have full ownershipâand a clear path to VP of Marketing or CMO, depending on how far you want to take it.
