    What You'll Do
    
    Lead daily operations of the hotel with a focus on team engagement, service delivery, and operational excellence.
  - Recruit, train, and coach team members to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  - Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll, and cost controls.
  - Monitor guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly, and implement service improvements.
  - Ensure compliance with safety, health, and brand policies.
  - Conduct regular property walks and inspections to maintain cleanliness and functionality.
  - Collaborate with the regional manager and ownership to align goals and report results.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in hotel management (GM or AGM level strongly preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
A genuine commitment to guest service and team development.
Experience with financial reporting, staff scheduling, and hotel operations software.
Flexibility to respond to the needs of a 24/7 business, including weekends and holidays.
