As part of the HR team, this HR Business Partner role will report directly to the Senior HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner will engage closely with the service line management team to develop and drive the people strategy, encompassing a comprehensive workforce strategy in support of business objectives, organizational effectiveness, change management, talent development, and employee productivity and engagement.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees within the designated service line.
Drive the people strategy and organizational design, and the process of transformation, talent management, and workforce planning.
5+ years’ experience in multiple HR functions and/or generalist role.
