The Kent Companies is hiring for Recruiters are responsible for meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Must have the ability to work under pressure and be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment which requires you take on multiple tasks at once, act with a sense of urgency at all times.

Shifts available:
Sunday-Thursday 12PM-9PM, off Friday and Saturday
Tuesday-Friday 11pm-8pm, Saturday 8am-5pm, Off Sunday and Monday
Duties:
- Assist with recruitment efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Conduct virtual and in-person hiring events
- Hiring for multiple positions, entities, geographical areas.
- Multitasking and time management by being able to prioritize tasks, knowing when to delegate, and being comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize applicant tracking system and job boards to manage candidate information
- Conduct background checks and reference checks on potential candidates
- Conduct pre-employment drug screens on candidates
- Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Conduct cold calling and networking activities to build a pool of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate records in HRIS systems such Workforce, Paycor and Employee Navigator
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Completing paperwork for new hires
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
