HR Support Services Analyst

Description

📍 Location: Boone, NC

 
In the role of a HR Support Services Analyst, you will have the opportunity to: 
  • Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him 
  • Coordinate HR process flows in the HRIS system, performing data entry, audits, approvals, and ensuring timely and appropriate completion of requests 
  • Audit data, working with leaders as well as HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and processes adjustments 
  • Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements 
  • Manage HR Helpdesk tickets in the JIRA system, resolving or assigning cases, and leveraging FAQs 
  • Recommend and help implement HRIS process and service improvements in collaboration with IT and HR subject matter experts to enhance efficiency 
  • Assist in creating end-user documentation, providing training materials and support as needed 
  • All other duties as assigned 
 
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or related field and three or more years of experience supporting with PeopleSoft; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft HR functions and processes preferred, other HCM software beneficial. 
  • Thorough knowledge of HR processes and data maintenance. 
  • General knowledge of Time & Labor systems and processes. 
  • Ability to navigate and work within complex information systems. 
  • 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.
