Description
📍 Location: Boone, NC
In the role of a HR Support Services Analyst, you will have the opportunity to:
- Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
- Coordinate HR process flows in the HRIS system, performing data entry, audits, approvals, and ensuring timely and appropriate completion of requests
- Audit data, working with leaders as well as HR, IT, and Payroll to resolve discrepancies and processes adjustments
- Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports, analyzing data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
- Manage HR Helpdesk tickets in the JIRA system, resolving or assigning cases, and leveraging FAQs
- Recommend and help implement HRIS process and service improvements in collaboration with IT and HR subject matter experts to enhance efficiency
- Assist in creating end-user documentation, providing training materials and support as needed
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management or related field and three or more years of experience supporting with PeopleSoft; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough knowledge of PeopleSoft HR functions and processes preferred, other HCM software beneficial.
- Thorough knowledge of HR processes and data maintenance.
- General knowledge of Time & Labor systems and processes.
- Ability to navigate and work within complex information systems.
- 12 credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies (required); if not already completed, opportunity to meet and complete requirement is available upon hire.
