Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices.
• Convert Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch designs into pixel-perfect, interactive web interfaces.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility (desktop, tablet, mobile).
• Optimize web pages for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Collaborate with JavaScript developers to integrate dynamic functionality.
• Write clean, semantic, and reusable code with a focus on accessibility (WCAG standards).
• Debug and resolve layout/rendering issues across different browsers.
• Work with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS).
• Assist in UI/UX improvements based on feedback and analytics.
• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends, tools, and best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in HTML/CSS development (portfolio or GitHub links required).
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles (Flexbox, Grid, Media Queries).
• Familiarity with CSS methodologies (BEM, SMACSS) and preprocessors (SASS/LESS).
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript/jQuery for DOM manipulation.
• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
• Ability to work with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch).
• Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
