Role Description
SkillzenLoop is looking for an enthusiastic and people-centric HR Intern to join our human resources team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our organizational growth, supporting the end-to-end recruitment cycle and helping us maintain a vibrant remote work culture. This internship offers a deep dive into modern HR practices, from sourcing talent to enhancing employee engagement.
Primary Responsibilities
• Recruitment Support: Sourcing potential candidates on LinkedIn, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules for various departments.
• Onboarding: Assisting in the preparation of offer letters and coordinating the onboarding journey for new hires to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Data Management: Maintaining accurate employee records and updating our internal HR databases with high confidentiality.
• Engagement Initiatives: Brainstorming and organizing virtual team-building activities to foster collaboration in a remote environment.
• Administrative Tasks: Assisting in the drafting of HR policies, job descriptions, and internal company announcements.
Requirements
• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an MBA (HR), BBA, or a degree in Psychology or Communications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills; ability to interact professionally with diverse candidates.
• Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a quick learner of HRIS or ATS software.
• Traits: Strong organizational skills, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Availability: Must be available for a full-time remote commitment for the duration of the internship.
