Human Resources Manager | Law Firm | Remote | #3224453-12
Lead and manage all core HR functions including hiring, onboarding, training, compliance, and performance management.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with employment law.
Administer and optimize benefit plans, including health, life, and retirement.
Develop training programs and professional development initiatives.
Partner with leadership to shape a productive and supportive workplace culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of HR experience, preferably within a mid-sized or large law firm.
High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential matters.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Salary: $70,000 to $95,000, depending on experience (DOE).
Additional performance-based bonuses.
