Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of employment law and experience with HR information systems. This role requires strong communication skills and strategic planning abilities to effectively manage HR functions and support organizational goals.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations while maintaining employee records
QualificationsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional boundaries Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee relations Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on findings
