As a Bank Customer Service Representative, associates are required to work within defined guidelines, to facilitate service conversations on Banking – Auto Loans line of business or product set. In this role, associates are expected to collect requirements and respond with relevant solutions through client defined parameters to process auto loan applications to complete the loan funding process.

  • Provide operational support to members and auto dealers with their Banking – Auto Loans line of business or product Review accounts and processes transactions that may require action.
  • Identify and confirm the member’s immediate request(s) and work to resolve issues.
  • Explore member’s needs and provide status updates on the missing information to complete the funding process for the outstanding Loan
  • Validation and funding of loan amounts in line with business procedure guidelines
  • Maintain a high level of member satisfaction and demonstrate commitment to quality through member interactions.
  • Follow written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
  • To have good data entry skills
  • Expertise in Banking Lending process and basic knowledge on how the auto loan industry operates will be an additional advantage
