Description

    • Company Overview

      Our client- IT Company – is looking for IT help desk candidates.

      This position needs to commute to Houston office every day.

      Responsibilities

      Provide the troubleshooting for the users.
    • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 10), Microsoft Office, E-mail (Exchange/Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat related, and Database.
    • Support users by using Helpdesk tickets, follow-up with users.
    • Maintaining and creating technical documents.
    • Software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting for users.
    • Set up Hardware (PC, Printer, etc.) , install and configure them for users.
    • Needs to communicate with the vendors and manufactures for the new order, product replacement.
    • Plan and conducts the user trainings at the client’s site.


    Requirements

    Excellent skills of Microsoft OS and Office products.
  • Good PC knowledge and skills.
  • Basic Network and cloud knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Business level Japanese skill.
  • Strong team orientation skills
  • CCNA/CCNP/ Network+ (Preferred )


SALARY

Salary range - USD 55,000 - 75,000
