- ⚙️ What You’ll Do ⚙️
  Lead and mentor a distributed IT operations team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning across multiple locations.
- Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring high performance and robust security protocols for Data & IP.
- Partner with the creative and data science teams to ensure the seamless integration and performance of AI tools and platforms.
- Manage relationships with technology vendors to optimize value and budget efficiency.
- Champion automation initiatives across all IT operations functions.
🔎 What the Hiring Company's Looking For 🔎
7+ years of experience in fast-paced IT operations; 1+ years managing distributed IT teams
A forward-thinking, strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
A strong technical background in networking, security infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
A genuine passion for the creative industry and a desire to explore the intersection of technology and creativity.
Experience championing automation initiatives
Strong skills in vendor management and contract negotiation
Nice-to-Have: Previous experience in a media environment (e.g. creative agency, production company, advertising agency, or similar environment)
