Join our client's dynamic Creative Services team as a Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Artist, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting visually compelling content for both print and digital platforms. Collaborate closely with the Creative Services manager and fellow designers to ensure all designs align with quality standards, brand guidelines, and project timelines.


This is a part-time opportunity (16 hours/week) that is remote within US.

Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Artist Responsibilities:

  • Image Preparation: Skillfully resize, crop, and apply color corrections to images and graphics, ensuring they are print and web-ready.
  • Layout Design: Develop and refine layouts, templates, and mockups that captivate and communicate effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough error checks for typos, inconsistencies, and other discrepancies to maintain high-quality outputs.
  • File Management: Optimize and export files tailored for various platforms and devices, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Brand Consistency: Adhere to brand guidelines and style guides, maintaining a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Partner with clients, art directors, and designers to exchange feedback, offer recommendations, and foster a supportive team environment.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the timely delivery of design materials, implementing efficient file management systems to streamline processes.
  • Time Management: Juggle multiple projects effectively, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.


Jr. Graphic Designer / Production Artist Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in a graphic design or production artist role.
  • Proficient in Mac systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Microsoft Office; Canva is a plus.
  • Strong skills in:
  • Formatting: Resizing, cropping, and color correcting graphics.
  • Layout: Building and editing templates, mockups, and layouts.
  • Error Checking: Proofing for typos, alignment, and inconsistencies.
  • File Optimization: Exporting assets for web, print, and cross-platform use.
  • Brand Adherence: Following detailed brand/style guidelines.
  • Ability to collaborate with designers, art directors, and internal teams.
  • Solid project and time management skills to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Comfortable creating basic visual content like logos, packaging, posters, and marketing materials across print and digital.
  • Bonus if experienced in designing for marketing, entertainment, or corporate communications.
