Description

Title: Senior Maximo Administrator (MAS 8/9)
Duration: Fulltime/Long-term contract
Location: Within 50 miles from The Woodlands, TX 77380; New Orleans, LA 70119; Little Rock, AR 72201; or West Monroe, LA 71291
Work Type: Need to go to the office 3 days a week

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience supporting Maximo environments and infrastructure with strong exposure to MAS 8/9 environments.
Experience with Maximo Installations, upgrades, and patch deployments.
In-depth knowledge of Maximo configuration, EAM principles, and asset lifecycle management.
Experience with code migrations.
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes for cloud-native MAS deployments (preferred).
Proficiency in automation scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript) and integration tooling.
Deep understanding of WebSphere Architecture, WebSphere Clustering (Vertical and Horizontal), Performance tuning and JMS Cluster Configuration for High Availability (HA) Architecture.
Good Understanding UNIX/Linux Operating systems, Services and Scripting.
Working knowledge of SQL, REST APIs, and system monitoring tools.
Good to have experience with Maximo upgrades or cloud migration projects
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
Working knowledge of enterprise asset and work management processes
Must have strong customer service skills
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and coordination skills.
