Paramount Construction and Restoration is currently looking for qualified apartment maintenance technicians to work within our program for providing after-hour and weekend emergency maintenance services to our multi-family clients. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to learn skills to work on our mitigation, restoration and construction projects.

• After hours and weekend emergency maintenance
• Assists in the repair and maintenance of light commercial and/or multi-unit residential facilities
• Respond to plumbing and heating related emergencies, which may include after-hours response from normal daily work schedule
• Respond to problems with the goal of ensuring repairs are performed successfully and to the satisfaction of residents.
• Follow procedures for accessing and obtaining materials
• Complete documentation and other paperwork timely and accurately so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked
• Respond to all on-call emergencies while on-call as directed by the Service Manager, must be completed in a timely and professional manner
• Assist team members during the day with ongoing projects as needed

• 2+ years related experience or education
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
• Computer literate
• Valid driver’s license and rotating on-call responsibility
• Interact well with co-workers, residents, and vendors
• Mechanically inclined

• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
