You’ll assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, client communications, and organizing travel-related bookings and schedules. Key Responsibilities:

Manage emails, calendars, and client appointment scheduling

Assist with travel research and itinerary coordination

Input and maintain booking information and CRM records

Respond to client inquiries with a friendly and helpful tone

Organize digital documents, reports, and task lists

Communicate with suppliers or vendors for travel arrangements

Support travel agents with admin-related needs as required

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a virtual assistant or administrative support role

Strong communication and time management skills

Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and project trackers

High attention to detail, especially when handling bookings or dates

A general interest in travel and customer service

Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace

Preferred (Not Required):

Familiarity with travel booking platforms or CRMs

Experience working in a remote team environment

Background in customer service or hospitality a plus
