    Founded in 2007, DTI (Diversified Technology, Inc.) is a successful African American owned IT Consulting/Staffing firm based in Chicago's Loop.
    
    What We Do
    
    We focus on providing delivery, staffing, and supported services such as enterprise integration/implementations including, but not limited to, CRM, EAM, ERP, PMO, and QA. We service clients in SLED (state/local gov't & education), financial services, fortune, public utility, as well as regularly partnering with Big 4 SI partners.
    
    We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Oracle SaaS Cloud Administrator to support a long-term cloud transformation initiative for a public utility client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, support, and optimization of Oracle SaaS applications. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in San Antonio, TX from Tuesday through Thursday each week.
    
    Key Responsibilities
    
    Administer, monitor, and maintain Oracle SaaS Cloud applications (e.g., HCM, ERP, SCM) to ensure performance, reliability, and security.
  - Manage quarterly patching, application updates, and release testing cycles.
  - Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve functional and performance issues.
  - Maintain user roles, security settings, and workflow configurations in accordance with compliance and governance standards.
  - Monitor application integrations, troubleshoot failures, and ensure data synchronization across systems.
  - Generate and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and policies.
  - Participate in testing, environment refreshes, and change management processes.
  - Coordinate with Oracle Support to track service requests (SRs) and ensure timely resolution.
  Required Qualifications:
  
  5+ years of experience administering Oracle SaaS Cloud applications in a production environment.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud modules such as HCM, ERP, or SCM.
- Strong understanding of user provisioning, security roles, workflows, and system configurations.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS), and OTBI preferred.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools and change control processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX three days a week (Tues–Thurs).
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the public utilities sector.
Oracle certifications in Cloud Administration or relevant functional areas.
Knowledge of PaaS integrations, SFTP/REST APIs, and other Oracle Cloud extensions.

Pay rate:$100-$120hr based on experience
