Job Summary

We're looking for someone with 4-8 years of experience as a Parts Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong inventory management skills and experience with ERP systems. This role requires excellent data entry accuracy and communication abilities to coordinate with various departments and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Manage and track inventory levels using ERP systems to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages
Process and document parts orders while maintaining accurate records in the database
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to coordinate timely delivery of parts and resolve discrepancies

Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Problem-solving skills to quickly address inventory issues and implement effective solutions
Capacity to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods when conducting physical inventory counts
