Payroll Administrator (Entry- Level)

The Payroll/HR Department seeks a professional and diligent Entry-Level Payroll Administrator with a tremendous work ethic and strong proficiency in accurate mathematical computation. The perfect candidate will have excellent keyboarding skills and knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.

Role Responsibilities


  • Administrative: Perform a variety of clerical duties to maintain the company's payroll operations and records which includes collating, calculating, and recording data. Works under close supervision of the Payroll Director and Supervisor.
  • Time keeping: Ensure accurate time and attendance records. Verify and audit employee's records for compliance with established standards.
  • Data entry: Review and revise employees' wage rates, earnings, deductions, holiday and leave compensations. Amend employees' job titles, locations, and departments.
  • Employee Communication: Answer employee payroll inquiries and interpret company policies and procedures. Assist with reconciling payroll discrepancies.

Employee Prerequisites


  • Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Bi-lingual is a benefit.
  • Office administration experience is preferable. Pay based on experience.
  • Strong computer & phone skills (Internet, MS Outlook)
