Position Summary

This role is instrumental in shaping the future of Empower by transforming complex workforce data into strategic intelligence that drives innovation, operational excellence, and long-term growth. Through deep analysis and insight generation, this position empowers leaders to make data-informed decisions that elevate talent strategies and accelerate our mission to expand access to quality, affordable medication for millions. Duties And Responsibilities

  • Leads comprehensive assessments to identify and address gaps between current workforce capabilities and the skills required for future business success, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Implements advanced data collection and analysis by leveraging cutting-edge analytical techniques to gather, interpret, and synthesize data on employee skills, performance, and turnover, uncovering actionable insights to optimize workforce potential.
  • Delivers strategic reporting and communication through clear, impactful reports and presentations to stakeholders, highlighting critical capability gaps and their potential impact, driving data-informed decision-making at the highest levels.
  • Supports strategy development by partnering with Human Resources and business leaders to develop innovative, targeted strategies for closing capability gaps, including bespoke training programs, upskilling initiatives, and high-impact recruitment efforts.
  • Implements a rigorous, continuous evaluation process to track the effectiveness of talent development strategies, ensuring they evolve in real time to meet business objectives and drive organizational excellence.

While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Knowledge And Skills

  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to convert complex data into concise, decision-making tools for leadership; Power BI experience preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, with proven ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience leading talent analytics initiatives, with strong communication skills to create effective partnerships and make presentations for senior leaders.
  • Requires an Associate degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Certified Workforce Planning Professional (CWPP); SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred; People Analytics Certification strongly preferred.
