As a Podcast Production Intern at Conservative Daily, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic team, contributing to the production of engaging and high-quality podcast content. This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of audio production and digital media, while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.

• Assist in the end-to-end production process of our podcasts, including planning, recording, editing, and publishing.
• Help coordinate with guests and team members to schedule recording sessions.
• Contribute to content brainstorming and scriptwriting for episodes.
• Manage and organize audio files, ensuring high-quality sound production.
• Support the promotion of episodes on various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on improving the podcast's reach and quality.
• Stay updated with current trends in podcasting and suggest innovative ideas.

• Live within the Denver Metro area with the ability to commute to the DTC area daily, and on occasion to client sites and studios as needed.
• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant field (e.g., Media Studies, Communication, Journalism).
• Strong interest in podcasting, audio production, and digital media.
• Basic knowledge of audio editing software (e.g., ReStream, VMix) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creative and open to learning new skills.
