We are seeking Production Workers at our Longview, WA Corrugated Box Plant. You will be responsible for different phases of the production process and for efficiently producing high-quality product. Responsibilities for your role will also include performing quality assurance checks during the production process and managing the upkeep of the of the machines.

Someone with a proven record of performance, attendance and attention to detail; has demonstrated the drive to achieve and move up in previous jobs; initiates his/her own learning; gets along well with others; is helpful; can handle the physical requirements (heat, noise, shift work 8's and 12's, can work inside, outside, etc.) and has the mechanical, numerical, and verbal aptitude to learn our jobs quickly.

What You Need To Succeed

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• A minimum of 3 years of full-time or part-time employment or schooling (or combination) within the last 4 years
• Availability to work all 3 rotating shifts (days, swing and grave) including weekends and holidays.

The starting rate for this position is $22.74, depending on your role, level and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentives, health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number or programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience and education.
