Job Summary
We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will conduct thorough inspections of fabricated parts using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. This position also involves packaging inspected parts for shipping and maintaining accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished fabricated parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure they meet drawing specifications and quality requirements
- Complete First Article Inspections and Certificate of Compliance documents while maintaining accurate records of all inspection results
Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 60 pounds in an industrial environment
- Experience working independently in a manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and heavy machinery
