Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker located in Houston, TX. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for managing and closing real estate transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and developing and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include property showings, market analysis, negotiating deals, and assisting clients with property investments. The broker will also focus on marketing properties, preparing contracts, and staying updated on real estate market trends.

Qualifications

Experience in Brokerage and Real Estate
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Knowledge of Real Property transactions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Real Estate Broker license in the state of Texas
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using real estate software and MS Office Suite
