We’re looking for a highly organized and creative individual to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our office while supporting our online brand presence.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist and Social Media Content Assistant will be responsible for front-desk operations, customer service, and supporting our digital marketing efforts. This dual-role position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both in-person and online engagements professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Reception & Administrative Support
Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a courteous and professional manner- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed
- Manage office supplies, mail, and scheduling
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Social Media & Content Support
Assist in planning and creating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)- Monitor and respond to online inquiries and comments in a timely manner
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution
- Track engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve performance
- Take photos/videos at office events and client meetings when appropriate
Pay Rate: $15 to $20/hours
Full time position
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred)- 2+ year of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content creation tools (Canva, Meta Suite, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Comfortable working on diverse background employee environment
Preferred Skills (Value Added):
Knowledge or experience in immigration services or staffing/recruitment industry- Bilingual or multilingual abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software or content scheduling platforms
