I’m Luke and for the last four years, I’ve been running Nomadic while crossing borders—32 countries and counting—with my dog, Riley-Roux. From the coffee shops of Mexico City to the coastlines of Vietnam, I’ve proven that you don't need an office to bill $300k+. I’m looking for elite recruiters who are tired of the 30% commission cap and ready to own their time and do things on their own terms.

Who am I?

I’m Luke Readman and I have over 12 years’ experience in recruitment in agency and in house across multiple sectors. However, for the last 8 years I have exclusively recruited for recruitment/sales roles in the US and Canada. For the last 4 years, I’ve done this on the road from 32 countries and making the most of being a digital nomad.
