- Provide courteous and efficient service to external and internal customers in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Handle customer telephone requests for elevator and escalator service
- Gather accurate customer, building, and equipment information
- Enter customer data utilizing the SAP dispatching application and schedule technicians
- Communicate field technicians’ estimated times of arrival to customers
- Six (6) months or more of customer service experience in a Call Center or face-to-face environment
- General knowledge and application of data entry and PC activities
- Consistent practice of proper telephone etiquette with customers
- Experience in a technical or service-oriented industry
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
- Familiarity with SAP or similar dispatching applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
