What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide courteous and efficient service to external and internal customers in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Handle customer telephone requests for elevator and escalator service
• Gather accurate customer, building, and equipment information
• Enter customer data utilizing the SAP dispatching application and schedule technicians
• Communicate field technicians’ estimated times of arrival to customers
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Six (6) months or more of customer service experience in a Call Center or face-to-face environment
• General knowledge and application of data entry and PC activities
• Consistent practice of proper telephone etiquette with customers
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a technical or service-oriented industry
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Familiarity with SAP or similar dispatching applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions
