          What You’ll Do:

          As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for users, gathering insights and feedback through 20 answered calls per day. Your insights will directly contribute to shaping the product and improving user experiences. You will be responsible for:

          Conducting 20 answered calls daily with users based in the USA.
        • Actively listening to user experiences, documenting detailed feedback, and providing actionable insights to our product team.
        • Tracking and recording user interactions, ensuring data accuracy and valuable insights.

        Key Responsibilities:

        User Communication: Handle 20 calls daily, engaging with users to understand their experience with the digital baby project.
      • Insight Gathering: Capture detailed, raw insights from users on their experience and satisfaction.
      • Collaboration: Share findings with internal teams to help shape the product roadmap.
      • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback.
