Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

FXBC Mid North Coast is looking for a reliable and proactive Remote Receptionist to join our dynamic and fast-growing company. As a Remote Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

 Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, providing them with accurate and timely responses

 Direct calls to the appropriate staff member or department

 Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar

 Maintain and update client databases and records

 Coordinate and maintain supplies for the office and assist with ordering when necessary

 Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages

 Maintain a clean and organized office space

 Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

 Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

 High school diploma or equivalent

 Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 Strong customer service skills and a friendly and professional demeanor

 Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

 Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

 Ability to work independently and remotely

 Reliable and proactive with a strong work ethic

This is a full-time, remote position with flexible hours.
