Position Overview
At Idomoo, we’re not just looking for someone to run down a call list—we’re looking for an energetic, curious, and coachable communicator who sees this SDR role as the first big step in a long, successful sales career.
You’re someone who’s hungry to grow, excited by the challenge of opening doors, and genuinely curious about how AI and personalized video are changing the way brands connect with people.
You’re not afraid of hearing “no.” In fact, you see every outreach as a chance to learn. You’re resourceful—digging through LinkedIn, company sites, and tools like Apollo to find the right people—and you know how to make outreach feel human, not robotic.
You’ve got a knack for conversation and a strong internal drive. Whether you’re connecting with a creative marketing lead or a more technical buyer, you can hold your own and spark real interest.
Bonus points if you’ve worked with a CRM, built outbound cadences, or used video in your prospecting. But most importantly, you're ready to roll up your sleeves, get a little scrappy, and take full ownership of your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Take complete ownership of your own success—from pipeline creation to personal growth—by proactively seeking feedback, setting micro-goals, and tracking your own development.
- Prospect and connect with mid-market & enterprise leads using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn and Orum.
- Initiate outreach to decision-makers through personalized emails, social engagement, and cold calls, followed by consistent call and email follow-ups to secure meetings with Account Executives.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads by understanding their pain points and aligning Idomoo’s value proposition
- Accurate Salesforce pipeline management - Acute attention to detail with updating records in salesforce
- Cross Functional collaboration with internal teams - bridging the feedback loop between lead conversations, marketing and sales
- Consistently contribute to the evolution of our outbound playbook—bringing field insights that help refine messaging, sequences, and workflows.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly lead generation and meeting quotas
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of SDR experience (or customer facing experience ie retail)
- CRM-savvy (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Intrinsically driven and takes initiative
- Coachable and reflective with a growth mindset
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Not afraid of cold outreach—comfortable on the phone
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and resilient in the face of rejection
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies
- East Coast hours
