Role:
The Senior Director of Strategic Execution leads enterprise-wide transformation efforts that drive growth, innovation, and improved member experiences. This role oversees Department 110—a newly created unit focused on aligning strategic priorities with operational execution. The Senior Director partners closely with executive leadership to launch high-impact initiatives, enhance internal capabilities, and ensure measurable outcomes across departments.
Work Location:
This is an onsite position. Occasional remote work may be available for select positions and is subject to prior approval by management.
What you will be doing:
Leads the execution of enterprise strategies by managing cross-functional projects from concept to completion.- Develops and maintains a strategic roadmap that aligns priorities across departments and ensures timely delivery.
- Drives business transformation efforts, including new product innovation, digital platform enhancements, and operational modernization.
- Builds and implementing change management strategies to support the adoption of new systems, structures, and processes.
- Champions technology and AI integration to improve efficiency, reduce redundancy, and enhance decision-making.
- Partners across the organization to optimize the member experience through streamlined services and enhanced digital access.
- Designs and leads Department 110, while building a high-performing, outcomes-driven team culture.
- Tracks progress using key performance indicators and regularly reporting results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Identifies and executes strategic partnerships and new revenue opportunities aligned with member needs.
- Provides coaching and support to direct reports, fostering professional growth and accountability.
What you'll bring along:
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.- 8–10 years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, or execution—preferably in financial services.
- A proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives and managing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in project management, change leadership, innovation, and operational improvement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency with analytics tools and portfolio management systems.
- Certifications in PMP, Prosci Change Management, or similar (preferred).
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or innovation frameworks (preferred).
