Accountabilities

• Lead the end-to-end product design process, translating business objectives into intuitive user experiences
• Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, validate ideas, and iterate on solutions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand and accessibility standards
• Own design systems and contribute to the continuous evolution of design tools, patterns, and workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and high-quality implementation, addressing edge cases as needed
• Apply data-driven thinking and incorporate user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics to improve usability and performance
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, visual craft, and user empathy
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design
• Experience working independently across multiple projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams
