Accountabilities
- Lead the end-to-end product design process, translating business objectives into intuitive user experiences
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define requirements, validate ideas, and iterate on solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs that align with brand and accessibility standards
- Own design systems and contribute to the continuous evolution of design tools, patterns, and workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure seamless handoff and high-quality implementation, addressing edge cases as needed
- Apply data-driven thinking and incorporate user feedback, A/B testing results, and analytics to improve usability and performance
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- Minimum of 5 years of product design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing problem-solving, visual craft, and user empathy
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility guidelines, and responsive design
- Experience working independently across multiple projects and collaborating in cross-functional teams
- Clear, confident communicator with the ability to present and defend design decisions
- Competitive base salary: $130,000-$150,000/year depending on location and experience
