What You Will Be Doing

As the Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering top-tier talent to critical programs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Partnering with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and teams to develop and execute tailored recruiting strategies.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging highly skilled candidates nationwide using innovative tools, events, and networks.
• Guiding hiring teams through candidate evaluation, selection, and offer decisions.
• Negotiating competitive offers and highlighting Lockheed Martin’s career paths, benefits, and culture.
• Ensuring compliance with hiring policies and processes through our applicant tracking system.
