    • Senior Technical Support Engineer


      Xcede are currently partnered with a hyper growth Series A funded cyber security startup as they look to build their initial support and GTM functions globally.


      Over the last three years they have won multiple awards for their solutions within the US and have an array of enterprise clients across America.


      As part of this growth we are looking to hire a founding technical support engineer, to join the team and build the support function from the ground up as the first employee within the support team.


      Responsibilities:

      Be the first point of contact for technical support issues, from initial investigation through to resolution
    • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries through Zendesk
    • Work closely with Customer Success teams to build the support process
    • Help champion best practises, including escalation, incident management and SLAs
    • Create and maintain customer-facing knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides

    Requirements:

    The success candidate must have experience working within a software or cyber security startup.

    Proven experience as a technical support team lead or senior technical support engineer
  • Proven track record building support processes from the ground up
  • Fluent in English
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely
  • Understanding of cyber security solutions
