We seek experienced Senior Web Application Developers to join our dynamic team at Profiscience. In this role, you will enhance existing products and build new ones that directly impact user experiences at large corporate law firms. You will work alongside a talented group of developers to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients navigate complex compliance requirements and elevate their professional development capabilities.

As a Senior Web Application Developer, you will be crucial in enhancing existing products and building new ones that directly impact our business partners.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web-based software applications
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex software issues
• Collaborate with senior software engineers or mentor junior software developers

Degree Preferred but not Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience Level:

• 7-10 years of experience in web application development, with at least some time in senior or leadership roles.
• Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally within enterprise LMS systems or compliance-related solutions.

Technical Skills:

• Strong background in web application development using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and SQL Server.
• Experience with frameworks like Knockout.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with SCORM content and LMS systems is highly beneficial.
• Proven experience in designing and building scalable, high-quality applications.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions and contribute to strategic product development.
• Experience leading or mentoring developers is a plus.
