We are seeking a Sr. Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will focus on a variety of corporate roles across geographies in North and South America as well as Europe, but you may expand to other geographies or role types as well. This role will report to a Sr Manager., Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for full life cycle recruitment needs for assigned requisitions.
What You'll Do:
Utilize our ATS as system of record for all recruiting related activity and documentation including agency submitted candidate flow. Ensure internal and external candidates are applying to open positions for compliance and audit tracking.
6+ years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate, agency or BPO environment with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and education

The salary range for this position is approximately $90,000-110,000 base annually. This range reflects our good faith estimate to pay fairly as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on the selected candidate’s experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process.
