Description

Technical Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
  • Proficient in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred: Experience with macOS
  • Good understanding of daily IT operations and service delivery processes
  • Skilled in application/software installation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools, especially ServiceNow
  • Basic Windows system administration knowledge
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and software
  • Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
  • Hands-on experience with computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and non-standard devices
  • Understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and software
