Description
Technical Skills and Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware
- Proficient in Windows 10, Windows 11, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Preferred: Experience with macOS
- Good understanding of daily IT operations and service delivery processes
- Skilled in application/software installation and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, especially ServiceNow
- Basic Windows system administration knowledge
- Excellent troubleshooting skills across hardware, OS, and software
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals
- Hands-on experience with computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and non-standard devices
- Understanding of Active Directory and basic networking concepts
- Comprehensive knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and software
