What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Stuff)

• Talking to people (yes, real conversations)
• Finding talent for exciting startup roles
• Screening profiles & understanding what makes a good hire
• Using LinkedIn like a recruiter, not a scroller
• Managing interviews & candidate journeys
• Working closely with senior consultants on live client mandates

Basically, you’ll learn how companies build teams- a skill that stays with you for life.

Who Should Apply?

• You’re doing a full-time degree
• You’re in your final year or second-last semester
