JOB SUMMARY
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting the recruiting initiative including advertising, posting job requisitions, and qualifying and interviewing applicants using the Silkroad Applicant Tracking System electronic applicant database system. Also, will assist the Talent Coordinator with reference and background checks, assessment testing, and orientation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the recruiting process. Provide functional and technical expertise to end users for the appropriate usage of the Rival applicant tracking system, including customization, report design and generation, training, security and maintenance. Support system upgrades, enhancements and backups
Project and demand oriented as defined by the objectives outlined in the monthly reviews and measured based on consistently meeting objectives, completion on time, accuracy and neatness of work, etc.
Specific Metrics Include:
All applicants must receive a response within 72 hours
Must understand the recruiting/staffing/retention/termination cycle; ability to understand the Radwell International recruiting/staffing/retention/termination cycle
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
High school or equivalent preferred
This is an office job and entails the physical demands associated with operating a telephone and computer (viewing monitor, keyboard, mouse)
EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY
Introductory -- Will be written at approximately 80 days after employment and will be used to determine whether the employee has sufficiently met and performed the job requirements, and will indicate whether employment will continue
Work hours are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. This is a minimum expectation. Often projects and assignments may extend beyond the normal workday based on department/company needs, deadlines, and workload. Come to work on time and adhere to accepted time off policies.
