About The Role

We’re seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle; from sourcing and outreach to interviewing and hiring. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to refine recruiting processes, ensuring a world-class candidate experience and efficient operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and enjoys building relationships, optimizing systems, and finding exceptional talent.

What You'll Do


  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and design effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source and engage top talent through innovative outreach, networking, and strategic use of platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and industry communities.
  • Manage internal applications and employee referrals to ensure timely communication, equitable consideration, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Manage and optimize the ATS (Rippling) to ensure an efficient, data-driven recruiting process—building workflows, tracking metrics, and maintaining data integrity.
  • Develop structured interview processes to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with company values.
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, candidate experience scores) to continuously improve outcomes.
  • Champion the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant feels valued and informed at each stage.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with People Ops and hiring teams to drive employer branding initiatives and talent marketing.

Qualifications


  • 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
  • Proven success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting best practices and employment branding.
  • Experience managing or configuring ATS platforms (Rippling preferred) to drive process improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple open roles.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data to inform decisions.
